Bloom is the outcome of two sisters following their dreams. Chelsey Wilkes and Jana Tillman had a vision - a vision to open a salon that radiates relaxation, creativity and positivity. Nearly 5 years later, those dreams grew into bigger dreams and they relocated into a bigger salon space, doubling their team of stylists. During the 8th year of business they relocated yet again, settling into a perfect space they feel will be the salon’s long term home. This March of 2024 marks 13 years for Jana and Chelsey’s vision being a reality. Bloom continues to grow substantially through each new year, and through each change they have endured.

She moved to Teton Valley, ID and worked for Teton Springs Resort & Spa for 8 years and has lived here in the beautiful Wood River Valley since 2016. Jana is the oldest, so after graduating high school in 2004, she went to Coosa Valley Technical College, through which she obtained her Master Cosmetology license in October 2006. From there, she worked at two local salons in Rome.
We got the number to call about the space. The next day, there we were in Downtown Canton looking at this space. Even with as much work as the space needed, we knew it was perfect.

Every stylist fully-booked and ecstatic to be there. The energy in the room was unreal and it remains today. We are a 10 chair salon with 11 independent hairstylists. Our move to the Holly Springs location has been incredible. We are fully-booked daily and we are situated right in the middle of a huge downtown development project that launched in January.
Four independent hairstylists, fully-booked in our beautiful new loft salon. In 2006, after Chelsey graduated high school, she started her Master Cosmetology program at Vogue Beauty School in Cartersville. She obtained her license in October 2007.
We are known for our high-quality services, our relaxing/peaceful environment, our cleanliness and the integrity of our stylists. They use all organic products and the stylists are definitely a cut above the competition. I've been coming here for cut and color for over 4 years and can not say enough good things about them.
